These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the SaaS Launchkit (“the Product”) from Founderflow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ownership and Unrestricted Use License

Upon successful purchase of the Product, you are granted full and complete ownership of the specific copy of the code you receive.

• No Retained Intellectual Property: Founderflow does not retain any intellectual property rights over the boilerplate code you purchase.
• Permitted Use: You are free to use, modify, copy, and distribute the code for any purpose, including for personal projects, commercial products, and client work, without attribution.
• Restrictions: You may not use the Founderflow brand or the “SaaS Launchkit” name to market your own products without our express written permission.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Product, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Founderflow or its founder be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
